How provider review works

All providers follow the same review process, including sponsors and invited providers.

Business checks

Check the registered business, service area, team, equipment, capacity, and relevant event experience.

Evidence checks

Check references with permission, insurance, and service permits. Request limited financial evidence only when needed.

Human review

The MESH team approves or declines with a reason. Payment does not buy approval.

Ongoing review

Recheck at renewal or after a material change. Investigate reports and suspend expired claims.

Before you book

Confirm scope, capacity, availability, insurance, cancellation terms, and a written contract for your event. A review is not a safety guarantee or a guarantee of financial stability.
