Membership billing

Prices and free periods

Provider membership is €999 total per year. Approved MESH sponsors receive 12 months free, then €999 total per year. Organizer access is free for five days, then €499 total per year. Personally approved providers receive 12 months free from activation, then paid renewal unless an administrator explicitly grants another exception.

Automatic renewal

At checkout, you must agree to recurring billing and provide an accepted payment method. The first charge is due immediately for a standard provider, or at the end of the displayed free or previously paid period. Membership then renews automatically each year at the agreed total price until cancelled. A free period cannot be restarted by opening another checkout.

Cancellation and failed payments

Use Manage billing to cancel before the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current free or paid period. An unsuccessful payment does not extend access. Card authentication can still be required by your bank.

Stripe holds payment details. MESH does not store card numbers. For annual memberships, MESH schedules expiry reminders 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry. The five-day organizer trial ends automatically unless paid access is confirmed. Contact hello@proevents.agency for billing support.
